Hi I bought a new Pro Edge system 6 weeks ago on line from Westcountry machinery 4wood. It has brought a new lease of life to all my woodturning chisels and gouges. They are now a world apart in sharpness terms from how they were having previously been sharpened on a grinding wheel with the Pro Edge Universal system. I recently added a honing wheel kit to use on my woodcarving chisels. On inspecting the 'accessory hub' at the bottom of the drive belt I can't, however, see any screw holes to screw the arbour onto. See picture attached. Am I missing something? It doesn't look like there is a cover plate so might I just have faulty hub unit in which the holes were missed out when it was machined? Thought I'd ask here first before for any insights before going down the warranty route - just in case I am being dim! Thx in advance Attachments:

I think I can solve that.... Just had a look at mine. There are 2 grub screws holding the pulley to the drive shaft (3mm Allen key) if you loosen those, slide the pulley off and turn it over I suspect you will find your 3 holes!

Good morning Malc Please can you let the group know if our engineers had a bad day and fitted the bottom pulley on the wrong way or if they had a really bad day and fitted one without any holes at all. Once I know which error occurred I can assist you Thank you Clive
