Hi.

The headstock camlock shaft on my Sorby lathe has sheared. Is it possible to get a replacement?

If not, does anybody know where I can get the dimensions of the shaft to have a new one made?

Does anybody know how to remove the shaft from the headstock?

Hi tfron...The Robert Sorby lathe has been out of production for around 15 years so unfortunately we no longer have any spare parts. Unfortunately the factory is currently on its Spring shutdown week and I am running the office on my own and then I am off the majority of next week but I will leave a message for Paul Richmond and ask him to look into it for you.
