I have a negative rake scraper that needs a burr to cut properly. Does anybody know the proper way to sharpen it on the Pro Edge? Would it get a better edge by holding it upside down when sharpening as far as forming a burr? Any ideas?

Sharpen the top bevel first, then the larger, bottom bevel.
I find the burr is sharpest when created with a fine belt.

The 240 grit that comes with the machine would be a great choice.
I also like the burr from the 600 grit TriZact belt, though you can't count on that belt to cut enough material to sharpen a dull tool. In other words, you will most likely need to use a coarser (120 grit) belt first, then refine the surfaces with the 600 TriZact.
