Cleaning the floor helps warm the shed up? How so? It get you moving and also found that the warm air produced from the vac I have is enough to just help raise the temprature

one corner of my health hazard i used to laughing call a workshop, trying to get stock levels up for the remaining shows this year hence tidying up seems like a luxury ! The visor is for show, it warns me I'm about to back into my out turning rest ;-)

The old adage about wood warming you 3 times springs to mind. It warms you when you fell the tree, saw the log and burn on the stove :-)

Nope not falling for it... Not only is my floor messier I actually have some sheets of MDF in the workshop at the moment so am way to embarrassed to admit that in public.... oops :-)

Does not show the floor and now both the lathes have been replaced(with new ones) but this is what it is like at the lathe end. The floor has carpet which also helps keep the feet warmer in the winter. Just found an updated photo of what it looks like now Note 9 of the tools in the rack are Robert Sorby
